Asterisk gives maximise windon in fvwm crystal
this has beemn solved editing the /usr/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/components/bindings/Numpad-Control file

just comment out:

#Key KP_Multiply A $[Mod0] Maximize
#Key KP_Multiply A $[Mod1] Fullscreen
